A Manager has to be good planner. Planning is the determination of future course of action. A Manager must possess ability to solve problems. Planning is also an art , the plan made should be realistic.

Team Work is definitely the most important quality that manager should posses. If the manager do not go with the team he cannot succeed in his tasks and goals. Controlling the human resource is very vital.

Manager should have a cool head and should be patient even if he faces failures in his tasks. The obstacles will arise but a good manager is one who sees those obstacles as an opportunity to prove themselves.

Communication is necessary to guide the employees. Without or Less communication with employees leads to misunderstandings. A Manager should possess an open mind.

Enthusiastic means being Positive even if circumstances are negative. We need Managers who possess positive attitude , who believe they can, negative attitude is no required.

A Good level of motivation is required for employees in difficult circumstances.

Leadership qualities are also necessary for the manager. A Good Leader is always a good manager.
